Bungee Fitness is a low impact cardio workout, excellent for people who are new to working out, need exercise that is easy on the joints and back, or are just looking to change up their workout and have some fun!
It is appropriate for all fitness levels and our trainers can modify the workouts for different ages, injury recovery, and targeted weakness. We also can add to the intensity and cardio burn for those more athletic bungee babes or bros.

*Please wear leggings or snug fitting stretchable pants. No crop tops, shirts need to be past the hem of your pants to insure proper fit and securing of the bungee harness. Clean, dry tennis shoes required.
